- Photo cards and NFTs are composed of behind - the - scenes photos from the 3rd album and private images form the world tour.
- The product picture may differ form the actual product.
- The color may appear slightly different due the lighting / monitors.
- Any defects outside the artist's portrait that can only be identified through light reflection will not be considered as damage.
Refund / Exchange Period
- Refund/exchange requests are only possible within 7 days from the date of product receipt.
- In the case of a simple change of mind, exchanges are not allowed, only refunds are possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it : unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refund/Exchange costs
In the case of a refund due to a simple change of mind, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee.
For refunds related to product defects, discrepancies, or shipping issues, the seller will cover the shipping fee.
A 20% fee may be charged for cancellation of overseas orders.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, the plastic covering and outer boxes on products are considered packaging that protects the internal items. Damage to those parts will not be considered defective.
Defects on the back of artists' portraits, excluding the portrait itself, will also not be considered as damage. Any defects outside the artist's portrait that can only be identified through light reflection will not be considered as damage.
Refunds or exchanges are not possible for digital contents (e.g. NFTS) that have been downloaded more than once or have been assigned a serial number (Including the whole package).
Policies on exchanges and returns may vary by product, so please thoughly check the product details when making a purchase.
All items will be shipped from South Korea.
